WHAT IS HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING?
I partner with clients to help them identify, uncover, and establish their goals to improve their health and wellness. Once we have achieved clarity on where they want to go and what they want to feel like, we co-create a plan to help manifest the vision we now hold for them. It’s a client-centered approach that incorporates tools and techniques based on my background in psychology, nutrition, body awareness, and my personal interest of spirituality.
WHAT DOES WORKING TOGETHER ENTAIL?
I typically meet with clients once a week for 45-60 minutes over the phone or through video conferencing! Each week you will have Action Steps to focus on between meetings, and sometimes small “homework” assingments or exercises that don’t take much more than 10 minutes to complete.
My philosophy
I believe in my heart, that the easiest & most concrete route to optimal holistic health starts with focusing on bodily health, only then do other aspects of life have the chance to evolve.
When you create the proper conditions for and within the body, to properly function, all of a sudden you have the calm, confident, and clear mind you’ve always wanted.
When you consistently have a clear head, you begin to create the life you’ve always desired because making decisions that honor you becomes automatic and easy.
